Job Summary
Define functional requirements and design, configure, commission, and qualify control systems and software programs for process manufacturing. Develop Life Cycle documents, electrical panels, control architecture, and wiring drawings per GMP standards, while redlining P&ID documentation and implementing distributed control system configurations. Lead teams of engineers and technicians to provide control system solutions, mentor less experienced staff, and establish engineering standards. Provide technical sales support to the business development team. Work in a collaborative environment with RoviSys engineers, partners, and clients to improve efficiency and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- 2-8 years of experience in automation
- Platforms: Microsoft Windows, Emerson DeltaV
- Thorough understanding of control system design and coding
- Self-motivated, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working with people
- B.S. in Electrical, Computer, or Chemical Engineering or Engineering Technology
- Hands-on experience with current Emerson DeltaV
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without RoviSys sponsorship
