Job Summary
Analyze and assess Defense Industrial Base acquisition programs and prototype efforts, focusing on manufacturing issues, roadblocks, and design impacts. Review end-to-end systems through their entire life cycle, integrating manufacturing risks into DTE&A assessments and briefs for senior decision makers. Design analysis plans, execute reviews of test procedures and vendor documentation, and evaluate feasibility, producibility, and cost estimates for Major Defense Acquisition Programs. Interface with warfare area experts, service offices, and industry professionals to ensure capability delivery. Provide Systems Engineering and Developmental Test and Evaluation expertise in support of OSW policy and emerging technology strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10-12 years of related work experience
- Secret clearance
- ability to get TS/SCI clearance
- expert understanding of DoW instructions and regulations impacting manufacturing efforts
- familiarity with emerging technology
- familiarity with digital engineering tools
