Job Summary
Lead System Engineer to translate core architecture for business requirements into a final technical solution on the ServiceNow platform. Responsible for creating architecture designs and solution documentation, enabling application components, driving key design decisions, elaborating interfaces and subsystems, aligning development teams to a shared technical direction, validating technology assumptions, defining critical NFRs, and establishing the Continuous Delivery Pipeline. Leads planning and high-level design, develops architectural runway for new features, collaborates with portfolio stakeholders and Enterprise Architect, and implements solutions with ServiceNow and related technologies using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (AngularJS), REST/SOAP, Linux/Unix, Agile/SCRUM/CI/CD/TDD, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and associated ServiceNow modules (CSDM, CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, Release Ops, Deployment Analyzer, ATF, IHUB, CICD Spoke, AEMC, MID Server).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Applied Computer Science, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
- 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation
- experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, REST and SOAP
- experience with Linux and Unix
- experience with Agile, SCRUM, CI/CD, TDD, Lean Development
- experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL
- experience with ServiceNow platform and related components (CSDM, CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, Release Ops, Deployment Analyzer, ATF, IHUB, CICD Spoke, AEMC, MID Server)
