Job Summary
Design and drive the technical evolution of the SAP Business Partner within the S/4HANA landscape, owning architecture, integration design, and technical quality. Develop innovative concepts for partner data processes and interfaces between SAP S/4HANA, SAP-near systems, and non-SAP applications using REST, Kafka, and SAP BTP. Moderate architectural decisions, evaluate technology options, and define standards for connectivity, security, observability, and maintainability. Collaborate with business units and product owners to translate requirements into robust solutions while ensuring compliance with data protection and IT security regulations. Lead migrations, modernizations, and interface adaptations, actively establishing standards for development, testing, monitoring, and documentation while coaching the team toward technical excellence. Analyze complex disruptions and data quality issues to derive structural improvements for end-to-end processes.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im IT-Bereich
- langjährige Praxiserfahrung im SAP-Umfeld
- Langjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und technischen Verantwortung komplexer SAP-Lösungen mit Fokus auf S/4HANA und Integrationsarchitekturen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1)
Desired Qualifications
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse von ABAP-/ABAP-OO sowie Schnittstellen und Integrationsmustern (BAdIs, OData, BAPIs, IDocs, REST, Messaging/Event Streaming mit Kafka)
- sicherer Umgang mit S/4HANA-spezifischen Technologien (CDS, OData)
- Erfahrung mit SAP BTP und Cloud-Themen
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption von BP-Zielbildern, Standards und Governance-Regeln (Rollenlogik, Datenqualität, Rollentrennung, Logging) sowie deren Umsetzung im Team
- Führung in technischen Fragen: Moderation von Architekturentscheidungen, Coaching anderer Entwickler, Etablierung von Best Practices in Entwicklung, Test und Betrieb
