Job Summary
Lead Service Technician responsible for maintaining the physical property and ensuring safe, clean living environments for residents, visitors, and staff. Activities include managing work orders and grounds maintenance; overseeing maintenance staff and safety practices; performing general maintenance tasks (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and related systems); maintaining inventory and records; coordinating with the Investment Manager and safety procedures; and ensuring property readiness and compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- A High School diploma or GED.
- Three (3) year of property maintenance experience.
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check
