Job Summary
Lead Surveillance Observer role overseeing CCTV operations, supervising observers, ensuring gaming integrity, coordinating with security and management, preparing and reviewing shift reports, training department staff, scheduling, and providing high-quality service to internal and external customers. Requires two years of surveillance experience with gaming activities, supervisory experience, and an Indiana Gaming Commission License - Level 2; requires a high school diploma or equivalent. On-site role based in Rising Sun, Indiana.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of surveillance experience with gaming related activities and prior supervisory experience
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2
- Ability to supervise and physically observe numerous monitors simultaneously for extended periods
- Must have ability to manually operate a CCTV system, tape, record, and perform routine maintenance on surveillance equipment
- Able to maneuver in tight quarters and throughout the casino
- Excellent verbal and written communicative skills
- Mathematical and logistical proficiency
- Ability to adapt to stressful situations and quickly determine appropriate procedures
