Job Summary
The Lead Surveillance Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, monitoring employee and guest activities through surveillance cameras, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations. The role includes completing daily activity reports, training on casino operations, and maintaining safety throughout the workplace. Candidates must possess an Associates Degree or equivalent experience, be at least 21 years old, and have strong communication skills, along with the ability to perform mathematical calculations and understand safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Associates Degree from a college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and communicate verbally in English
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Team members must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of two years related experience and/or training preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write accurate reports and correspondence
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of management or team members of the organization
- Ability to earn and maintain TiPS certification
- Must be able to acquire and maintain appropriate gaming license
