Job Summary
Lead Surface Designer responsible for graphic design to develop the look and visual environment of products; conceptualize the visual style design and develop the style and standard of the production interface. Responsibilities include customer experience mapping (lead implementation of voice of the customer initiatives, journey mapping, qualitative touchpoint analysis to identify pain points and improve interactions), design and conceptualization (research trends and benchmarks for digital product/services design), product/service development (deliver features within development programs), customer experiences implementation (support differentiation of customer experience initiatives), and brand positioning (ensure brand guidelines and templates are applied and brand alignment communicated.
