Job Summary
Manage the supply chain at the production site in Eppingen-Richen, ensuring stable material flow from procurement through production to final delivery. Lead a team of 15 to 20 employees across administration, planning, warehouse management, and operational logistics, fostering collaboration between production, procurement, and external partners. Drive continuous improvement of planning and scheduling processes to enhance transparency, efficiency, and delivery performance while analyzing market developments and optimizing costs, inventory, and processes. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements and develop KPIs to sustain performance improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or production planning within an industrial environment
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams
- Strong organizational skills and extensive project management experience
- Analytical, strategic, and business-oriented mindset
- Strong technical understanding of production and material flow processes
- Confident presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent German and English language skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or other production-driven environments
- Knowledge of modular construction methods, timber construction, or the construction industry
- Experience in transforming and scaling supply chain processes
- Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain planning tools
