Job Summary
Lead Operations integration activities supporting innovation and New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives by serving as the primary Operations representative on cross-functional teams. Ensure Manufacturing, Planning, SIOP, Strategic Sourcing, Distribution, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Engineering are engaged at appropriate development phases. Drive cross-functional operational alignment to enable faster, predictable commercialization while maintaining quality, compliance, and supply continuity. Identify operational risks early and lead cross-functional mitigation planning, establishing governance frameworks that extend through successful commercialization and transition into routine operations with a five-year horizon. Develop scalable manufacturing and supply chain strategies and manage comprehensive operational readiness plans to accelerate speed-to-market.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Equivalent education and experience
- 6+ years and a Master's degree
- PhD with 3+ years experience
- Equivalent experience
- Appropriate degree in the industry (e.g., Legal) where required
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive experience within medical device manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, or related disciplines within a regulated environment
- Experience supporting NPI, commercialization, or Design Transfer within dynamic Regulatory constraints
- Broad understanding of Manufacturing, SIOP, Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Distribution, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Engineering
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority
- ERP/PLM experience
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent
