Job Summary
Lead internal feasibility assessments and business cases to support global packaging commercialization, defining network capabilities and capital requirements. Manage project timelines, cost, and mitigation plans while coordinating with Engineering, R&D, and Procurement teams to ensure supply chain readiness for new product launches. Develop capital business cases and assess capacity needs across the product life cycle to maximize throughput and margin. Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, deliverables, and stakeholder needs to alleviate operational hurdles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, Chemistry, or another related field
- Minimum of 5 years combined experience in manufacturing, business development or HQ business team experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in Project Management for Consumer Products
- Minimum 3 years experience in Basic Marketing/Finance Principles
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of Plant Manufacturing or R&D Experience (preferred)
