Job Summary
Lead Supervisor – Lamination Assembly Department overseeing workshop daily routines, supervising production personnel, and ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and accurate statistical reporting. Responsibilities include reporting to plant management on daily workshop indicators, coordinating production to match orders, implementing contingency plans, supervising station readiness and adherence to safety and quality standards, managing labor discipline, organizing data-driven improvements, and coordinating with Finance and Statistics to finalize inventories and bonus calculations. The role requires English and Mandarin communication, 1–3 years of manufacturing experience or training, and a high school diploma or GED. Proficiency with manufacturing software, process FMEA, 5S, and forklift operations are preferred and training per company standards must be completed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and/or training
- Ability to read, understand and comprehend safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
- Ability to speak effectively and interact with team members, engineers, leadership and customers
- Familiar with tempered product process and quality requirements
- Familiar with production statistical statements and recording
- Powered Industrial Truck Certification. Forklift Train the Trainer Certified (if applicable)
- Must complete all training described in the Company’s Training Standard, in the areas of Safety, Output, Quality, Management, Leadership, 5S and Legal
Desired Qualifications

- Powered Industrial Truck Certification (PIT) and forklift train-the-trainer certification (if applicable)
- Knowledge of 5S and safety in a manufacturing environment
- Computer skills and familiarity with manufacturing software
- Ability to pass static strength requirements and perform physical duties
