Job Summary
Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience while embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness. Lead implementation of company initiatives, monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance. Establish trust, maintain integrity, and support an inclusive culture by providing feedback, guiding performance, and holding the team accountable for individual and business goals. Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives, support recruiting and interviewing, and provide high-level training as needed. Adhere to and enforce compliance of company and store operational procedures. This role requires 1+ years of experience managing competitive retail space, with the ability to lift and carry products up to 50 pounds regularly. Base pay ranges from $17.00 to $27.75.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
- Can bend, reach, stretch as well as lift, carry and move at least 25 pounds
- lift, carry and move at least 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product, cartons, props or fixtures up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
