Job Summary
Lead Supervisor I responsible for maintaining a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Acts as Brand Ambassador for Coach values, leads implementation of company initiatives, supports store operations, and assists in recruiting, training, and performance evaluation. Analyzes sales data to identify trends, develops team development plans, mentors staff on clienteling and customer relationship-building, and drives store goals/KPIs. Demonstrates strong business acumen, ensures compliance with policies, fosters a collaborative and inclusive culture, and contributes to a healthy work environment with a focus on growth and development for the team.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
