Job Summary
Lead Supervisor I at Coach/Tapestry leads on-floor leadership to achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include acting as Brand Ambassador, supporting recruiting and performance evaluation, training, and implementing company initiatives; analyzing sales data to drive store performance; mentoring and developing team members; reinforcing store policies and fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture; and applying business acumen toward achieving store goals and KPIs, including clienteling strategies and HR support in the district. In this role, you will coach the team, ensure high standards of customer service, and contribute to a positive, results-oriented store environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to bend, reach, and maneuver on the sales floor and stockroom
- Strong leadership presence on the sales floor and ability to coach and develop a team
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and performance evaluation
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement improvements
- Clienteling experience and ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to enforce store policies and procedures
