Job Summary
Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience while embodying Coach values to increase brand awareness. Lead implementation of company initiatives, monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance. Establish trust and integrity within the team to promote a fair, positive, and inclusive culture, while supporting recruiting, interviewing, and high-level training as needed. Provide necessary feedback to improve individual performance, hold the team accountable for business goals, and enforce compliance with company and store operational procedures. Create a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction and mentor the team on clienteling strategy to build long-term relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Can bend, reach, stretch as well as lift, carry and move at least 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product, cartons, props or fixtures up to 50 pounds
