Lead Supervisor- Full Time

Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience while embodying Coach values to increase brand awareness. Lead implementation of company initiatives, monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance. Establish trust, maintain integrity, and support an inclusive culture by providing necessary feedback, guidance, and high-level training as needed. Support the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution in the absence of leadership. Adhere to and enforce team compliance of company policies and store operational procedures to achieve individual and business goals.
