Job Summary
Lead Superintendent to oversee large-scale public works and educational construction projects in Southern Nevada. Responsible for managing all on-site construction operations from project startup through closeout, ensuring safety, on-schedule delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results. Leads field teams, coordinates subcontractors, maintains schedules, conducts weekly subcontractor coordination meetings, monitors production and quality control, manages RFIs and change orders, aligns with Project Managers, ensures drawings and specifications are current, develops site logistics plans, tracks labor productivity, and supports project closeout and turnover. Promotes safety, mentorship of field staff, and strong stakeholder communication with owners, inspectors, consultants, and public agencies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of Superintendent experience with a Commercial General Contractor
- Experience leading public works, educational, municipal, or large-scale commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination
- Experience with CMAR and other negotiated delivery methods preferred
- Experience with project management and construction software such as Procore, P6, e-Builder, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of structural concrete, MEP systems, underground utilities, and site logistics
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, schedules, and construction documents
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety
