Job Summary
Lead Superintendent responsible for directing field operations for commercial modular construction across the South and Southeast regions. Leads, mentors, and develops a team of Superintendents; coordinates schedules and project assignments; ensures quality, safety, and regulatory compliance; oversees subcontractor coordination and project execution from pre-construction through closeout; collaborates with Project Managers, manufacturing teams, and regional leadership; requires travel to project sites and manufacturing facilities; ideal candidate has 10+ years of commercial construction experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to read architectural and civil drawings. Salary range is $110,000–$125,000 DOE; location is San Marcos, TX; travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience
- Experience in light commercial construction and site development
- Demonstrated experience managing field operations and coordinating subcontractors
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and compliance standards
- Familiarity with prevailing wage / Davis-Bacon labor compliance
- Strong communication and leadership skills
