Lead Superintendent – Florida Vertical Construction

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day field operations on ground-up vertical construction projects, managing site safety, subcontractor coordination, logistics, and project execution from active construction through final turnover. Develop look-ahead schedules to ensure projects remain on time, coordinate inspections and quality control, and partner with leadership on staffing, procurement, and risk management. Conduct subcontractor meetings to maintain accountability for schedule, safety, and quality expectations while overseeing documentation, daily reports, and turnover activities. Implement recovery plans when schedule adjustments are required and foster a collaborative, results-driven jobsite culture. This role requires 8+ years of experience managing large-scale vertical construction and OSHA 30 certification, with a preference for Florida commercial projects.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or Superintendent managing ground-up commercial or multifamily construction projects
- Demonstrated experience leading vertical construction projects from start through completion
- Proven success managing subcontractors, project schedules, inspections, quality control, and owner turnover
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple trades and priorities simultaneously
- Experience collaborating with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and owners
- OSHA 30 Certification required or ability to obtain immediately
- Florida commercial construction experience
