Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of medium to large-scale commercial, healthcare, residential, and institutional construction projects across Boston, ensuring adherence to timelines, specifications, and budgets. Collaborate with project managers to refine strategies, manage site staff and subcontractors, and conduct site meetings to report progress to senior leadership. Enforce compliance with building codes, safety standards, and client requirements while facilitating communication between stakeholders including clients, architects, and engineers. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, minimum five years of superintendent experience, and knowledge of construction software. Salary up to $150K with health, dental, vision, PTO, and holidays. Valid driver's license and ability to travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or any related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a superintendent role within the construction industry, preferably in commercial or institutional projects
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage complex construction projects
- Knowledge of construction software for project management, scheduling, and budgeting
- Valid drivers license
- ability to travel to various project sites as needed
