Job Summary
Lead Summer Tennis Instructor for After School & Summer Tennis Coach programs across Bay Area schools. Teach beginner-friendly tennis/pickleball sessions for ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans. Manage class sizes 8–16 students, attend a 2-day training or shadowing session, and interact with parents/school staff. All equipment provided. In-person coaching across multiple Bay Area sites with opportunities for Saturday clinics; roles span summer camps (June–August) and ongoing after-school programs (September onward). Must be 19+, eligible to work in the U.S., and able to travel locally to schools; strong communication and class-management skills required. Visa sponsorship not provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 19 years old.
- US work permit to work in USA
- Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work.
- Teaching or playing experience in Tennis is preferred but not mandatory.
- USPTA/PTR certification is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation
