Job Summary
Conduct daily sales floor replenishment using RFID-enabled inventory processes and assist stock associates with merchandise tagging and pricing. Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and execute the 3C's of Success—Connect, Consult, and Close—to provide exceptional customer service while meeting established sales and performance goals. Comply with cash handling, security, safety, and loss prevention guidelines, and maintain store appearance in accordance with visual presentation standards and housekeeping procedures. Perform rapid and accurate sales floor refill operations and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy. Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends, lift up to 40 pounds, and stand, walk, squat, and bend constantly.
