Lead, Strategy & Operations

Lead, Strategy & Operations role supporting the Founder by driving local market entry, building and executing hiring plans, supporting fundraising, establishing the company’s local presence (office setup, vendors, operating structure), and shaping external positioning through partnerships and PR. The role requires turning ambiguous ideas into clear, executable plans, serving as a central operator across teams to track priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and push progress in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment. Requirements include a background in consulting (MBB), top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles; strong generalist capabilities across strategy, hiring, operations, and execution; high agency and judgment; and clear, concise communication with senior stakeholders and external partners.
