Job Summary
Lead a capture and partnerships program for IVG, owning the live pipeline across public procurement portals, development finance institutions, and institutional funding; direct end-to-end production of bids, concept notes, expressions of interest, and investment memoranda; originate and manage strategic partnerships with multilaterals, DFIs, government agencies, corporates, and academic networks; maintain an opportunity tracker and governance cadence; drive measurable lift in submission volume and win rate, with a focus on executive-level collaboration and sectoral familiarity in East Africa; fluent in public procurement mechanics and capable of converting complex institutional briefs into tight, compliant submissions.
Required Qualifications
