Job Summary
Lead end-to-end ownership of strategic customer relationships in Asia, accountable for revenue growth and renewal health with multi-year growth across Amplify Health’s portfolio. Own P&L for assigned accounts, lead commercial negotiations, set account strategy aligned with digital transformation roadmaps, manage executive-level relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams (product development, data analytics, and technology), and drive adoption and expansion of Amplify Health solutions while ensuring value delivery and measurable business impact. Requires 10+ years in enterprise account management, leadership experience, and a strong background in health insurance, data analytics, and cloud/digital transformation.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in enterprise account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in health insurance industry will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology or related field; advanced degree (MBA) strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of data analytics, cloud platforms, and digital transformation strategies
