Lead, Strategic Operations: operate as an extension of the Founder across hiring, partnerships, fundraising, and market entry. Drive Singapore market entry from strategy to hands-on execution; build and execute initial hiring plans; support fundraising efforts and investor conversations; establish A1’s presence in Singapore including office setup, vendors, and operating structure; drive external positioning with PR and partnerships; turn ambiguous ideas into clear executable plans; act as a central operator across teams to track priorities and remove bottlenecks; handle high-urgency, unstructured problems with speed and sound judgment.
