Lead Strategic Finance and FP&A Analyst

Job Summary
Build trusted relationships with Sales, Revenue, Product, and Operations leadership to influence decision-making and drive alignment across cross-functional projects. Own budgeting and rolling forecast processes for assigned areas, developing financial models and scenario analyses to identify risks and opportunities. Partner on headcount planning, investment decisions, and resource allocation while supporting executive presentations and strategic planning exercises. Monitor bookings, pipeline, and AE productivity to track sales performance. Operate independently with minimal oversight, proactively escalating financial risks and driving process automation. Requires 2-3 days/week in-person at Brooklyn HQ. Fluency with AI tools is expected to automate reporting and improve operational workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience
- ideally within a high growth SaaS or subscription business
- Demonstrated experience partnering directly with Sales or Revenue leadership on pipeline, bookings, and productivity analysis
- Strong financial modeling skills
- including scenario planning
- including forecasting
- including business case development
- Track record of operating independently
- exercising sound judgment
- and influencing outcomes without formal authority
- Executive presence
- with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and confidently to senior leaders
- Must be an expert in Excel/Google Sheets
- hands on experience with FP&A tools like Anaplan

- Fluency with AI tools to automate reporting, forecasting, and analytical workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Finance
