Job Summary
Lead Store Clerk role leading thrift-store operations for The Salvation Army, including training and supervising clerks, ensuring accurate cash handling, optimizing store displays, processing donations and sales, preparing bank deposits, and upholding store policies and customer service standards. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or G.E.D
- One year progressively responsible experience working in a retail store; OR Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
