Job Summary
Supervise and mentor a team of Store Advisors while driving sales performance and maintaining operational excellence. Execute visual merchandising plans, manage inventory including new product orders and fill-in tasks, and ensure accurate stock levels. Serve as the primary contact for store leadership, IT, and Facility Management regarding product flow and system functionality. Train the team on BoH processes and contribute innovative ideas for merchandising, store events, and community activities. Work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Join the Retail team to create immersive, design-led spaces that offer unforgettable experiences for fans globally.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of experience in retail operations or a customer-focused environment
- At least one year of experience leading teams, managing projects, or driving performance improvement initiatives
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the Outlet, Running, Fashion, or Sports industry is a plus
- A passion for these areas is essential
