Job Summary
Supervise and mentor a team of Store Advisors to drive sales performance and maintain operational excellence. Lead daily customer interactions, manage inventory tasks including new product orders and stock levels, and uphold visual merchandising standards through organized displays. Serve as the primary contact for store leadership, IT, and Facility Management regarding product flow and system functionality, while training the team on BoH processes. Contribute innovative ideas for merchandising, store events, and community activities to enhance customer engagement and store visibility. Requires 2-3 years of retail operations experience, one year leading teams, and the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of experience in retail operations or a customer-focused environment
- At least one year of experience leading teams, managing projects, or driving performance improvement initiatives
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the Outlet, Running, Fashion, or Sports industry is a plus
- A passion for these areas is essential
