Job Summary
Lead Stock/Fulfillment role overseeing back-of-house operations (Omni/fulfillment, receiving, shipping, inventory, stockroom standards) and executing customer fulfillment across channels (BOPIS, SFS, STS, Home Delivery, Installation) to protect brand image and profitability. Model, train, and coach productivity related to fulfillment, processing, packing and stockroom duties; manage shipping stations and stock areas; perform audits to reduce loss/shrink; foster a People First environment with fair treatment of associates. Requires strong communication, organization, and leadership skills; background check is required; full-time availability with weekend shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years retail sales experience with management experience preferred
- 1-2 years home related or specialty experience preferred (design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities)
- Employment/promotion contingent on successful completion of a background check
- Full-time availability to meet business needs; weekend availability as required
