Job Summary
Lead Stock/Fulfillment role overseeing back-of-house operations including Omni/fulfillment, receiving, shipping, inventory, stockroom organization, and markdown/markup execution. Drive customer fulfillment across all channels (BOPIS, SFS, STS, Home Delivery, Installation) to meet customer needs while protecting brand image. Model, train and coach productivity related to fulfillment, processing, packing and stockroom standards; manage shipping/receiving areas and audits (UPS, DIAR, Markdown) to minimize loss. Maintain a People First environment with emphasis on fair treatment and respect; requires background check and weekend availability for part-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years retail sales experience with management experience preferred
- 1-2 years home related or specialty experience preferred
