Job Summary
Lead role overseeing Back of House operational functions (Omni/fulfillment, inventory, stockroom organization, shipping/receiving) and customer fulfillment across channels (BOPIS, Home Delivery, Installation) with a focus on coaching performance, maintaining brand image, and driving productivity. Responsibilities include managing packing and stockroom standards, audits to minimize loss, and ensuring efficient processes from receiving to shipping while upholding People First values. Requires leadership, communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends; includes background check and open availability for full-time work.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years retail sales experience with management experience preferred
- Effective communication, organization and leadership skills
- Employment/promotion contingent on successful completion of a background check
- Full time availability to meet business needs
- Ability to lift and mobilize up to 75 lbs with proper safety techniques
