Lead Steward

Lead Steward role at Marriott involves operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools, washing and disinfecting kitchen and storeroom areas, receiving deliveries, rotating stock, preserving clean wares, using detergents and sanitizers in the 3-compartment sink, inspecting and re-washing items, breaking down and disposing of waste, and adhering to safety and quality standards.
