Job Summary
Responsible for delivering sales results and leading a sales team in the assigned zone to meet established sales targets. Key responsibilities include managing sales strategies, assessing individual and team progress, coaching product specialists, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, and engaging with healthcare professionals. Candidates should possess strong experience in management within a multi-national pharmaceutical context, effective risk management skills, and the ability to communicate and negotiate with key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Pharmacy/Medicine or relevant field
- 5 years successful experience in a similar role at a Multi-National Pharmaceutical company

- Excellent customer service skills addressing the needs of both external and internal customers with strong communication and process skills
- Strong networking/connection with Key Opinion Leaders in Transplantation/Intensivist/Oncology
