Job Summary
Lead Specialist, Store Design at Target develops and documents store projects through design phases (FS/SD/DD) for REM, New Stores, and Special Projects. Responsible for ensuring drawings/layouts/documents follow Target guidelines, coordinating with partners (including Minneapolis) for timely deliverables, updating project drawings per changes, and maintaining high-quality files using Microstation CAD. Requires collaboration, accountability, boldness, curiosity, and the ability to influence others, with project-management and presentation skills, and English fluency. Bachelor-level degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Engineering and 0-4 years of relevant experience are required, along with strong self-management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Engineering with 0-4 years of relevant work experience
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Competency with the Imperial Measurement system
