Job Summary
Lead, Specialist SE for Slack within Salesforce’s Agentforce LATAM initiative. Partner with Account Executives to drive complex, multi-stakeholder deals by uncovering customer pains, aligning to business objectives, and delivering high-impact presentations and demonstrations that tell Slack’s value. Design Slack-based solutions that meet business objectives and technical requirements, guide customers through the evaluation process, and address security considerations. Act as a liaison between Product, Marketing, and Sales, and contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding LatAm SE team.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience overcoming technical and security objections
- Consultative approach to solving customer business challenges
