Job Summary
Lead end-to-end Oracle Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process support across managed services or consulting engagements; collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into Oracle P2P system solutions; support system configuration, testing cycles, and production deployment activities for Oracle P2P modules; provide functional expertise to clients to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies within the P2P lifecycle; develop and maintain documentation and user training materials; contribute to continuous service improvements by monitoring performance and addressing recurring issues; travel may be required; requires five years of Oracle P2P experience, a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with minimum high school diploma or GED, and U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship) for the role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of recent experience working with Oracle P2P, including hands-on configuration and support experience as a P2P Lead in managed services or consulting environments
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud or EBS P2P modules, including requisitioning, purchasing, invoicing, supplier management, and related integrations
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot functional issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and develop scalable solutions in partnership with technical teams
- Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize deadlines, and support client service excellence in fast-paced environments
- Travel may be required, depending on client and business needs
