Job Summary
Lead Specialist for NCR Triage within GE Vernova’s Gas Power Operations Center of Excellence. Manages the end-to-end triage and coordination of NCRs, concerns, and improvement opportunities from intake through validation, prioritization, routing, follow-up, and closure, ensuring complete and accurate information and alignment with reporting requirements. Collaborates with regional and functional stakeholders to improve issue resolution flow, data quality, accountability, and cycle time. Requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to interpret technical documentation and quality records; demands effective communication and customer-focused ownership across fast-paced environments. Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in power generation-related roles, and familiarity with PowerNow, PLM, and ERP systems. Desirable qualities include Lean, QA/QC knowledge, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Experience in Quality Systems and Non-Conformance Management
- Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in power generation equipment installation, operation, service, or technical support
- Experience working with PowerNow, PLM and ERP systems
