Job Summary
Lead Specialist, MAST Application Penetration Testing Manager responsible for providing strategic direction for application penetration testing teams, leading client engagements, and delivering technical leadership across testing engagements. Encourages growth and learning within the team, communicates remediation options to both technical and non-technical audiences, partners with Cyber teams to develop new testing techniques and automation, and mentors onshore/offshore staff to support career development. The role requires collaboration, integrity, and accountability within a professional advisory culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum five years of recent experience working with application penetration tools (e.g., AppScan, Netsparker, Acunetix, ZAP, Veracode, BurpSuite) to perform security tests
- Minimum five years of recent experience reporting results and leading remediation conversations with technical and non-technical audiences
- Minimum five years of recent experience leading application security testing teams in a consulting environment
- Ability to travel as required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
