Job Summary
Lead Specialist, MAST Application Penetration Testing Manager at KPMG leads strategic direction for application penetration testing teams, manages client engagements, mentors onshore/offshore team members, develops new testing techniques and automation, engages with non-technical audiences to discuss testing processes and remediation options, and promotes growth and learning within the practice; requires deep expertise in manual and automated penetration testing, experience with common tools, ability to travel, and a services/consulting mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum five years of experience with application penetration tools (e.g., AppScan, Netsparker, Acunetix, ZAP, Veracode, BurpSuite)
- Minimum five years of experience leading application security testing teams in a consulting environment
- Experience reporting results to both technical and non-technical audiences and guiding remediation conversations
- Ability to travel as required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future (no sponsorship for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, etc.)
