Job Summary
Lead strategic direction for application penetration testing teams, drive growth of the services solution, and manage client engagements. Provide technical leadership in application penetration testing from a manual perspective; lead client engagements and mentor team members on tools and techniques. Communicate testing processes and remediation options to non-technical audiences; collaborate with Cyber teams to develop new testing techniques, automation, and marketing collateral. Mentor onshore and offshore team members, fostering career growth while upholding professional integrity and a respectful work environment. Qualifications include substantial hands-on experience with common application security testing tools, experience leading teams in consulting, a Bachelor's degree, and relevant certifications (preferred: CISSP, GWAPT, CREST, OSWE, OSWA), plus the ability to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum five years of recent experience with application penetration tools (e.g., AppScan, Netsparker, Acunetix, ZAP, Veracode, BurpSuite)
- Minimum five years of experience reporting results to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Minimum five years of experience leading application security testing teams in a consulting environment
- Ability to travel as required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
