Job Summary
Lead Specialist IT Operations at LEONI Wiring Systems Tunisia SARL. Responsible for defining scope of handover to operations, ensuring consistent execution of operational procedures, executing 1st level service desk for IT service portfolio, providing 2nd and assisting 3rd level support for IT solutions, prioritizing Service Requests & Incidents, administrating and monitoring IT systems, creating and maintaining IT continuity plans, managing user identity and access, and ensuring security protections. Requires a university degree in computer science, network engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities; English language proficiency. Technical competencies include Forward Schedule of Changes, Global Platform Knowledge, Impact Analysis, Operational Production Acceptance, and Service Desk Standards and Procedures.
