Job Summary
Lead Specialist for GES Q2C Order Mgmt responsible for end-to-end order lifecycle including order receipt, validation, release, and change requests; ensure PO and sales order accuracy through data checks; process and upload orders into SAP/ERP within SLAs; identify and resolve order discrepancies with internal stakeholders; maintain high-quality data entry and compliance with standards; drive continuous improvement in efficiency, automation, and customer experience. Requires SAP/ERP proficiency, strong attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to operate in a fast-paced operations environment. Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field.
- Prior experience in order management, order booking, or a similar operations role.
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data handling.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems (CRM knowledge is a plus).
