Lead Specialist- Financial Reporting

Lead Specialist- Financial Reporting responsible for preparing and reviewing month-end/quarter-end/year-end financial reports for Group Reporting, owning and enhancing reporting templates and documentation, and ensuring audit-readiness. Tasks include coordinating month-end close with outsourced providers, calculating and documenting fee accruals and fund expenses, assisting in intercompany eliminations for Fund Vehicles, reconciling fund financials with administrators and custodians, supporting ICFR assessment and control remediation, and ensuring alignment with IFRS and Group policies. Collaboration with Investment Operations, investment accounting, fund administrators, and cross-functional teams (FP&A, Procurement) to support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and process improvement. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4–6 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting/investment management, with strong Excel, Power BI, Anaplan, and SAP FAM skills, plus solid interpersonal and stakeholder-management abilities. The role emphasizes accurate financial reporting, documentation, regulatory compliance, and initiatives to enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and audit readiness.
