Job Summary
Lead Specialist in Data Analytics & Insight based in Mumbai for Marsh Risk. Hybdrid role requiring at least three days in the office. Leverages SQL, Python, and Databricks to extract, transform, and analyze data; collaborates with the UK Aviation team to develop data-driven solutions; builds and maintains data pipelines and dashboards (Power BI); analyzes data from legacy systems; collaborates with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business objectives; strong data engineering, visualization, and communication skills; cloud experience with Databricks on Azure or AWS preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Engineering
- 4-6 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting
- Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, and Databricks
- Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
- Strong data visualization skills with Power BI
- Ability to work with large datasets and complex data models
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience with Databricks on cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
- Knowledge of data pipeline optimization and cloud data services
- Familiarity with Power Apps is desirable
