Job Summary
Lead Specialist – Customer Deal Desk, Global SSC will support end-to-end contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, modifying, tracking, and managing vendor and client contracts, NDAs, and sales agreements across multiple business areas. The role requires German language expertise, strong attention to detail, and collaboration with diverse internal stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Finance, Collections, Reporting, Business Practices, and approvers). Responsibilities include managing the full contract lifecycle from request to termination, ensuring compliance with internal policies, identifying and mitigating risks, maintaining complete records in the Q system, addressing contract-related issues, and driving process improvements using data-driven metrics and practical AI prompt knowledge to improve automation and decision-making in a high-pressure, quarter-end driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in contract management, contract administration, negotiation support, deal desk operations, or a related field.
- German language expertise, with the ability to read, interpret, and communicate effectively in German in a business or contract management context.
- Strong understanding of contract law principles, commercial terms, legal terminology, and contract lifecycle processes.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and modifying commercial agreements such as sales contracts, vendor agreements, client agreements, and NDAs.
