Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of corporate cafés and food service facilities, ensuring consistent service quality, food safety, and compliance with statutory standards. Drive menu planning and engineering by collaborating with catering partners to develop innovative, healthy offerings aligned with employee preferences and business requirements. Lead end-to-end food and beverage planning for corporate events, town halls, and special occasions, coordinating with vendors to ensure seamless execution. Monitor operational performance, track food consumption patterns, and report key metrics to recommend continuous improvement initiatives. Manage vendor performance against SLAs while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Graduation is mandatory
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations within the corporate real estate, workplace services, hospitality, hotel, or managed services industry
- Strong management and problem solving skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and tasks, and work within tight deadlines
- Ability to establish and maintain strong and positive working relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in making presentations
