Job Summary
Lead Specialist, Corporate Development responsible for driving M&A activities across Pearson’s education businesses, leading workstreams within the cross-functional deal model, partnering with the Corporate Development Team and other corporate functions to validate deal rationales and targets, define and operationalise integration plans, and oversee post-close integration. Will drive creation of as-is assessments, separation or integration strategies, TSA schedules and due diligence, coordinate data room activities, build governance and milestones for deal execution, and prepare materials for senior stakeholders while collaborating with global, cross-functional teams to ensure successful deal delivery and integration across the business. Location: London, United Kingdom.
Required Qualifications
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
